Focus Pace Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Focus Pace (the “App”) handles information.
Information you provide
The App lets you enter exam names and dates, subjects, study tasks, study records, session reviews, and notes. This information is stored locally on your device. The App does not require an account and does not send this content to Dustella or an analytics service.
Usage information
The App records limited operational events, such as starting or completing a focus session, in the device log for debugging. These events do not include the text you enter and are not transmitted to an external analytics provider.
Device backup and export
If Android backup is enabled on your device, Android may include App data in your device backup according to your Google account and device settings. When you choose Export CSV, the App writes the selected study records to the location you choose. The App does not upload exported files.
Notifications and alarms
With your permission, the App uses notifications and alarms to show an active timer, alert you when a focus or break block ends, and deliver study reminders you enable. These features operate on your device.
Advertising and data sharing
This version does not show ads or use an advertising SDK. Dustella does not sell personal information or share your study content with third parties. Data may be handled by Android backup only when you enable that system feature, or by an app or service you select as the destination for an exported CSV file.
Data retention and deletion
Study data remains on your device until you edit or delete it, clear the App's storage, or uninstall the App. You can delete all exams, subjects, sessions, reviews, and settings from Settings > Backup & export > Delete all data.
Children
The App is a general study productivity tool and is not directed specifically to children. The App has no account or server-side data collection.
Security and changes
The App relies on Android's application sandbox and storage protections. No method of storage is guaranteed to be completely secure. We may update this policy when the App's data practices or features change; the effective date above will be revised when material changes are made.

이 방침은 Focus Pace(이하 “앱”)에서 정보를 처리하는 방식을 설명합니다.
사용자가 입력하는 정보
앱에서는 시험명과 시험일, 과목, 학습 내용, 공부 기록, 세션 평가 및 메모를 입력할 수 있습니다. 이 정보는 사용자의 기기에 저장됩니다. 앱은 계정을 요구하지 않으며 입력한 내용을 Dustella 또는 외부 분석 서비스로 전송하지 않습니다.
이용 정보
앱은 집중 세션 시작·완료와 같은 제한적인 동작 이벤트를 디버깅 목적으로 기기 로그에 기록합니다. 이 이벤트에는 사용자가 입력한 텍스트가 포함되지 않으며 외부 분석 서비스로 전송되지 않습니다.
기기 백업 및 내보내기
기기에서 Android 백업을 사용하면 Google 계정 및 기기 설정에 따라 Android가 앱 데이터를 기기 백업에 포함할 수 있습니다. 사용자가 CSV 내보내기를 선택하면 앱은 선택한 공부 기록을 사용자가 지정한 위치에 저장합니다. 앱이 내보낸 파일을 별도로 업로드하지는 않습니다.
알림 및 알람
사용자가 허용하면 앱은 알림과 알람을 이용하여 실행 중인 타이머를 표시하고, 집중·휴식 종료를 알리며, 사용자가 켠 공부 리마인더를 전달합니다. 이 기능은 기기에서 동작합니다.
광고 및 정보 공유
이 버전은 광고를 표시하지 않으며 광고 SDK를 사용하지 않습니다. Dustella는 개인정보를 판매하거나 공부 내용을 제3자와 공유하지 않습니다. 다만 사용자가 Android 시스템 백업을 켠 경우 해당 기능에 따라 데이터가 처리될 수 있고, CSV 파일을 내보낼 때 사용자가 선택한 앱이나 서비스가 파일을 처리할 수 있습니다.
보관 및 삭제
공부 데이터는 사용자가 수정·삭제하거나, 앱 저장공간을 삭제하거나, 앱을 제거할 때까지 기기에 남습니다. 설정 > 백업 및 내보내기 > 모든 데이터 삭제에서 시험, 과목, 세션, 평가 및 설정을 모두 삭제할 수 있습니다.
아동의 개인정보
앱은 일반적인 학습 생산성 도구이며 아동만을 대상으로 하지 않습니다. 계정이나 서버 측 데이터 수집 기능이 없습니다.
보안 및 방침 변경
앱은 Android의 앱 샌드박스 및 저장공간 보호 기능을 사용합니다. 어떠한 저장 방식도 완전한 보안을 보장할 수 없습니다. 앱의 데이터 처리 방식이나 기능이 바뀌면 이 방침이 변경될 수 있으며, 중요한 변경이 있을 때 위 시행일을 수정합니다.
